A top price for Constant
The work Femme Oiseau by Constant was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in December 2011. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 400,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 432,750.00. With this result, Femme Oiseau is even the most expensive work of art by Constant that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Constant
Die Arbeit Femme Oiseau von Constant kam im Dezember 2011 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 400.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 432.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Femme Oiseau sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Constant, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
