Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 Christies in New York held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work The Offering of Zakat by Clément Pujol de Guastavino. The price achieved of USD 62,500.00 (€ 56,602.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Clément Pujol de Guastavino have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work Spanish An Audience Before The Emir was auctioned for USD 157,000.00 (€ 100,847.89).

Im Oktober 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Offering of Zakat von Clément Pujol de Guastavino zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 56.602,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Clément Pujol de Guastavino konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2008 die Arbeit Spanish An Audience Before The Emir für USD 157.000,00 (€ 100.847,89) versteigert.
