Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work A New Adornment by Clément Pujol de Guastavino for USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,309.82). This price was achieved in the auction Master Paintings & 19th Century European Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Clément Pujol de Guastavino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spanish An Audience Before The Emir in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 157,000.00 (€ 100,847.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A New Adornment von Clément Pujol de Guastavino für USD 18.750,00 (€ 17.309,82) erwerben.
