However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claude Gassian - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Freddie Mercury, Paris 1984, which sold at auction in March 2021 for EUR 11,970.00.

Die Arbeit Freddie Mercury, Paris von Claude Gassian kam im März letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.276,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Claude Gassian mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Freddie Mercury, Paris 1984 beobachtet, die im März 2021 für EUR 11.970,00 versteigert wurde.
