A top price for Claes Eklundh - as previously expected
In October this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work Profile. by Claes Eklundh. The price achieved of SEK 36,000.00 (€ 3,048.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Profile. is the most expensive artwork by Claes Eklundh that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Profile. von Claes Eklundh zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 36.000,00 (€ 3.048,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Profile. das teuerste Kunstwerk von Claes Eklundh, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
