The work Spring Landscape by Chen Da was worth HKD 82,800.00 (€ 7,857.29) to a buyer in October 2013. This price was achieved in the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas at China Guardian in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Chen Da - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape After Qiu Ying, which sold at auction in September 2013 for USD 40,000.00 (€ 29,553.01).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Chen Da mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape After Qiu Ying beobachtet, die im September 2013 für USD 40.000,00 (€ 29.553,01) versteigert wurde.
