The work Landscape in the Style of Li Xianxi by Chen Da was worth HKD 237,500.00 (€ 23,552.51) to a buyer in May 2013. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Chen Da; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landscape After Qiu Ying sold at auction in September 2013 with the realized price of USD 40,000.00 (€ 29,553.01).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
