Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Plum Blossoms by Chen Chun. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 280,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 34,696.07). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Chun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers and Calligraphy in June this year with an auction result of HKD 28,810,000.00 (€ 3,366,443.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von Chen Chun zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 280.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 34.696,07) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chen Chun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowers and Calligraphy im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 28.810.000,00 (€ 3.366.443,22).
