The work Bali by Chen Cheng Mei was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 15,856.16), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Other works by Chen Cheng Mei have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 25,485.95) in December 2021 for the work China Town Back Alley II.
