The work Loquats by Chen Banding was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in March last year. It achieved a price of USD 7,650.00 (€ 6,896.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Banding achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sceneries Of Mount Huang in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 2,300,000.00 (€ 270,662.29).

Die Arbeit Loquats von Chen Banding kam im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 7.650,00 (€ 6.896,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chen Banding erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sceneries Of Mount Huang im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.300.000,00 (€ 270.662,29).
