The work Flowers by Chen Banding was sold in the The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings auction at POLY in Poly Auction App in May last year. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 8,400.00 (€ 997.26), 68% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Banding achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sceneries Of Mount Huang in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 2,300,000.00 (€ 270,662.29).

Die Arbeit Flowers von Chen Banding wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings bei POLY in Poly Auction App versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 8.400,00 (€ 997,26) und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chen Banding erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sceneries Of Mount Huang im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.300.000,00 (€ 270.662,29).
