It changed hands for a price of USD 28,000.00 (€ 19,353.06) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charmion von Wiegand have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 133,000.00 (€ 93,536.82).
