This work without title by Chant Avedissian was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Arab,Iranian and Turkish Art Part II auction at Christies in Dubai in October 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,551.42). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chant Avedissian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Icons Of The Nile in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 1,565,000.00 (€ 1,188,487.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Chant Avedissian wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Arab,Iranian and Turkish Art Part II bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.551,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chant Avedissian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Icons Of The Nile im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.565.000,00 (€ 1.188.487,24).
