This artwork by Chang Shuhong achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2010. In the 20th Century Chinese Art auction, the work Kazaks In A Tent sold for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 37,138.33) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 220,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chang Shuhong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Artist'S Family After The Bombing In Chungking in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 9,400,000.00 (€ 967,757.38).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 82 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Chang Shuhong erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art wurde die Arbeit Kazaks In A Tent für HKD 400.000,00 (€ 37.138,33) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 220.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chang Shuhong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Artist'S Family After The Bombing In Chungking im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 9.400.000,00 (€ 967.757,38).
