However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by César Pattein - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work French Les Blés, which sold at auction in May 2014 for USD 59,375.00 (€ 43,530.06).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 26.290,00 (€ 13.311,39) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31%. Für andere Arbeiten von César Pattein mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit French Les Blés beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für USD 59.375,00 (€ 43.530,06) versteigert wurde.
