Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work Corrida by Celso Lagar for GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,359.25). This price was achieved in the auction Impressionist & Modern Art at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Celso Lagar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hommage à Guynemer in November 2012 with an auction result of EUR 145,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Corrida von Celso Lagar für GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.359,25) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Celso Lagar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hommage à Guynemer im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 145.000,00.
