Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Asses (Executed In 2019) by Ceet Fouad was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in October 2021. The price achieved of HKD 36,000.00 (€ 4,004.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ceet Fouad have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sky Blue with Chicanos in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 228,000.00 (€ 24,410.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Asses (Executed In 2019) von Ceet Fouad wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 36.000,00 (€ 4.004,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ceet Fouad auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sky Blue with Chicanos im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 228.000,00 (€ 24.410,97).
