The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,899.96) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Baudry achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le petit Saint Jean in June 2012 with an auction result of EUR 115,000.00.
