Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (from the series Horizontes) by Carlos Rojas was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2012. The price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 12,490.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carlos Rojas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2013 for USD 47,500.00 (€ 34,911.07).
