Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sin título (Paisaje Catalan) (Untitled (Catalan landscape)) by Carlos Nadal was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 4,788.00 (€ 5,632.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlos Nadal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work El Molino in February 2019 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 80,199.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sin título (Paisaje Catalan) (Untitled (Catalan landscape)) von Carlos Nadal kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.788,00 (€ 5.632,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlos Nadal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit El Molino im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 80.199,27).
