This artwork by Carlo Maria Mariani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in November 2010. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Senza Titolo sold for EUR 10,625.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carlo Maria Mariani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Orfeo in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 66,250.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Carlo Maria Mariani erzielte im November 2010 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Senza Titolo für EUR 10.625,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carlo Maria Mariani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Orfeo im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 66.250,00.
