Upper estimate price exceeded by 80 %.
This artwork by Carlo Carrà achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2019. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Spiaggia sold for EUR 18,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Carrà achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il meriggio in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 480,050.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carlo Carrà erzielte im Dezember 2019 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Spiaggia für EUR 18.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Carrà erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il meriggio im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 480.050,00.
