Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2019 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Case nel sole by Carlo Carrà. It changed hands for a price of EUR 24,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Carrà achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il meriggio in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 480,050.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2019 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Case nel sole von Carlo Carrà zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 24.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Carrà erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il meriggio im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 480.050,00.
