This work of art by Carlo Brancaccio could be acquired at Il Ponte in May 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti E Sculture Del XIX E XX Secolo auction, the work Paesaggio vesuviano changed hands for EUR 1,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,700.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Brancaccio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mount Vesuvius from Procida in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 36,600.00 (€ 54,312.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carlo Brancaccio konnte im Mai 2019 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti E Sculture Del XIX E XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Paesaggio vesuviano für EUR 1.500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.700,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Brancaccio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mount Vesuvius from Procida im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 36.600,00 (€ 54.312,56).
