Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work La Senna by Carlo Brancaccio was sold in the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction at Il Ponte in December this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 850.00 21% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Brancaccio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mount Vesuvius from Procida in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 36,600.00 (€ 54,312.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit La Senna von Carlo Brancaccio wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 850,00 und damit 21% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Brancaccio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mount Vesuvius from Procida im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 36.600,00 (€ 54.312,56).
