Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Frammenti di un autoritratto anonimo Nr.24 by Carlo Alfano was auctioned at Lempertz in Cologne in June last year. It achieved a price of EUR 8,190.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. Admittedly, works by Carlo Alfano have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Frammenti di un autoritratto anonimo Nr. 26 in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 46,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Frammenti di un autoritratto anonimo Nr.24 von Carlo Alfano kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Lempertz in Köln zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 8.190,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carlo Alfano auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Frammenti di un autoritratto anonimo Nr. 26 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 46.250,00.
