The work Vadstena by Carl Wilhelmson was sold in the Important Spring Sale auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 34,000.00 (€ 2,886.26), 36% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Wilhelmson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Fiskarflicka" (Fishergirl) in December 2017 with an auction result of SEK 2,700,000.00 (€ 274,671.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 36 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vadstena von Carl Wilhelmson wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Important Spring Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 34.000,00 (€ 2.886,26) und damit 36% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Wilhelmson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Fiskarflicka" (Fishergirl) im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.700.000,00 (€ 274.671,44).
