Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work 'Höstdag" (Fiskebäckskil)' (Autumn day, Fiskebäckskil) by Carl Wilhelmson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. It achieved a price of SEK 310,000.00 (€ 26,315.93), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 24%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Wilhelmson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Fiskarflicka" (Fishergirl) in December 2017 with an auction result of SEK 2,700,000.00 (€ 274,671.44).

Die Arbeit 'Höstdag" (Fiskebäckskil)' (Autumn day, Fiskebäckskil) von Carl Wilhelmson kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 310.000,00 (€ 26.315,93) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 24%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Wilhelmson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Fiskarflicka" (Fishergirl) im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.700.000,00 (€ 274.671,44).
