This artwork by Carl Wilhelmson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Sketch for "Kyrkfolk i båt" sold for SEK 55,000.00 (€ 4,668.96) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Wilhelmson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Fiskarflicka" (Fishergirl) in December 2017 with an auction result of SEK 2,700,000.00 (€ 274,671.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 83 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carl Wilhelmson erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wurde die Arbeit Sketch for "Kyrkfolk i båt" für SEK 55.000,00 (€ 4.668,96) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Wilhelmson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Fiskarflicka" (Fishergirl) im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.700.000,00 (€ 274.671,44).
