Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Summer landscape from Åre by Carl Johansson for SEK 22,000.00 (€ 2,484.36). This price was achieved in the auction Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Johansson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Spring landscape, which sold at auction in June 2012 for SEK 78,000.00 (€ 8,903.38).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Summer landscape from Åre von Carl Johansson für SEK 22.000,00 (€ 2.484,36) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Johansson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Spring landscape beobachtet, die im Juni 2012 für SEK 78.000,00 (€ 8.903,38) versteigert wurde.
