Auction result well in line with expectations
In December last year Bonhams in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Saint-Pardoux - Le pont sur la Dronne by Camille Bombois. The price achieved of USD 3,570.00 (€ 3,337.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Camille Bombois achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La blonde sur le pouf in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 122,500.00 (€ 147,039.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Saint-Pardoux - Le pont sur la Dronne von Camille Bombois zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.570,00 (€ 3.337,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Camille Bombois erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La blonde sur le pouf im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 122.500,00 (€ 147.039,97).
