Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of A Warrior by Cai Zhisong was auctioned at Sothebys in Beijing in December 2013. Here, the upper estimate of CNY 120,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CNY 123,900.00 (€ 14,854.69). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cai Zhisong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Custom to Motherland No. 5 in November 2011 with an auction result of HKD 1,580,000.00 (€ 151,152.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Warrior von Cai Zhisong kam im Dezember 2013 bei Sothebys in Beijing zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von CNY 120.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für CNY 123.900,00 (€ 14.854,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cai Zhisong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Custom to Motherland No. 5 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.580.000,00 (€ 151.152,90).
