This work of art by Byron Browne could be acquired at Christies in New York in June 2001 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Paintings and Sculpture auction, the work Sunset On Beach changed hands for USD 2,585.00 (€ 3,050.51) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Byron Browne achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Classical Still Life in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 162,500.00 (€ 143,513.20).
