In the New York State of Mind: Photographs Online Auction auction, the work Andy Warhol with Edie Sedgwick and Chuck Wein, New York City sold for USD 11,340.00 (€ 10,762.08) - well above the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Burt Glinn; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Maria Callas, La Scala, Italie, 1955 sold at auction in September 2017 with the realized price of EUR 11,250.00.
