Auction result well in line with expectations
The work I love you - muaaah! by Bunga Jeruk was sold in the Southeast Asian Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2010. The price achieved of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 4,545.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bunga Jeruk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Zodiac Wonderland in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 237,500.00 (€ 22,461.51).

Die Arbeit I love you - muaaah! von Bunga Jeruk wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion Southeast Asian Modern and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 43.750,00 (€ 4.545,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bunga Jeruk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Zodiac Wonderland im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 237.500,00 (€ 22.461,51).
