Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Wish Me Luck by Bunga Jeruk was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. It changed hands for a price of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 5,928.20) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 45,000.00 – 65,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bunga Jeruk - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Zodiac Wonderland, which sold at auction in May 2014 for HKD 237,500.00 (€ 22,461.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Wish Me Luck von Bunga Jeruk kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 5.928,20) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 45.000,00 – 65.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Bunga Jeruk mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Zodiac Wonderland beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für HKD 237.500,00 (€ 22.461,51) versteigert wurde.
