A top price for Bruce Wrighton - as previously expected
In July this year Bonhams in London held the auction Photographs Now The Collector's Edition, which included the work 1953 Nash Rambler, Wilber's Jewelers, Johnson City, New York (from 'Dinosaurs and Dreamboats') by Bruce Wrighton. The price achieved of USD 3,200.00 (€ 2,903.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, 1953 Nash Rambler, Wilber's Jewelers, Johnson City, New York (from 'Dinosaurs and Dreamboats') is the most expensive artwork by Bruce Wrighton that we have observed at auctions so far.
