Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lucian Freud In His Studio With Two Paintings Of Leigh Bowery, 1990 by Bruce Bernard was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2018. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,134.79) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruce Bernard achieve.
