Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Brian Hamill could be acquired at Il Ponte in June 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Fotografia auction, the work John Lennon e Yoko Ono 1972 changed hands for EUR 150.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Brian Hamill achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Manhattan in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,798.06).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Brian Hamill konnte im Juni 2019 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Fotografia wechselte die Arbeit John Lennon e Yoko Ono 1972 für EUR 150,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 200,00 – 300,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Brian Hamill erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Manhattan im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.798,06).
