Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction The Collection of Martha Hyder Online, which included the work Costume Designs For Le Roi De Lahore: A Pair Of Works by Boris Anisfeld. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,636.58). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Anisfeld achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowering Tree in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 481,250.00 (€ 581,867.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion The Collection of Martha Hyder Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Costume Designs For Le Roi De Lahore: A Pair Of Works von Boris Anisfeld zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.250,00 (€ 4.636,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Anisfeld erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowering Tree im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 481.250,00 (€ 581.867,42).
