The work Buddha With Pomegranates by Boris Anisfeld was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 19,081.47), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Anisfeld achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowering Tree in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 481,250.00 (€ 581,867.42).

Die Arbeit Buddha With Pomegranates von Boris Anisfeld wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 19.081,47) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Anisfeld erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowering Tree im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 481.250,00 (€ 581.867,42).
