Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Bob Bonies was sold in the TWENTIETH CENTURY ART INCLUDING BELGIAN ART auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2001. The price achieved of NLG 3,525.00 (€ 1,694.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as NLG 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bob Bonies have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blauw-Wit (Blue-White) in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 10,625.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Bob Bonies wurde im Juni 2001 in der Auktion TWENTIETH CENTURY ART INCLUDING BELGIAN ART bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von NLG 3.525,00 (€ 1.694,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit NLG 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bob Bonies auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blauw-Wit (Blue-White) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.625,00.
