This work without title by Bob Bonies was sold in the Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings 'Including Indonesian Art'. auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2008. The result of EUR 2,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Bob Bonies have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blauw-Wit (Blue-White) in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 10,625.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Bob Bonies wurde im September 2008 in der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings 'Including Indonesian Art'. bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 2.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bob Bonies auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blauw-Wit (Blue-White) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.625,00.
