Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bedford Sentinel II by Beverly Pepper was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March last year. The price achieved of USD 50,400.00 (€ 45,434.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Beverly Pepper have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2018 the work Ligne Scolpite II was auctioned for USD 93,750.00 (€ 80,665.98).
