Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made In California, which included the work Aurelius, 1990 by Beverly Pepper. It changed hands for a price of USD 57,075.00 (€ 58,341.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Beverly Pepper have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2018 the work Ligne Scolpite II was auctioned for USD 93,750.00 (€ 80,665.98).

Im September letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made In California durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aurelius, 1990 von Beverly Pepper zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 57.075,00 (€ 58.341,00) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00.
