Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Beth Campbell could be acquired at Christies in New York in July 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the First Open/ NYC auction, the work My Potential Future Based on Current Circumstances changed hands for USD 1,250.00 (€ 1,133.48) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Beth Campbell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work My Potential Future Based on Present Circumstances, which sold at auction in March 2009 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 3,774.23).
