Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Adoration Of The Shepherds by Bernardo Strozzi was sold in the Old Master Drawings auction at Sothebys in New York in January 2017. Here, the upper estimate of USD 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,844.91). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bernardo Strozzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Supper At Emmaus in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 914,500.00 (€ 1,100,001.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Adoration Of The Shepherds von Bernardo Strozzi wurde im Januar 2017 in der Auktion Old Master Drawings bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 22.500,00 (€ 20.844,91) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bernardo Strozzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Supper At Emmaus im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 914.500,00 (€ 1.100.001,67).
