Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & XIXth Century Art, which included the work David Tenant La Tête De Goliath by Bernardo Strozzi. The price achieved of EUR 505,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bernardo Strozzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Supper At Emmaus, which sold at auction in December 2013 for GBP 914,500.00 (€ 1,100,001.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & XIXth Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit David Tenant La Tête De Goliath von Bernardo Strozzi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 505.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Bernardo Strozzi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Supper At Emmaus beobachtet, die im Dezember 2013 für GBP 914.500,00 (€ 1.100.001,67) versteigert wurde.
