Artwork auctioned at five times the upper estimate price
The work Sans titre - 1955 by Bernard Saby was worth EUR 787.00 to a buyer in June this year. This price was achieved in the auction Pierre Boulez Collection at Artcurial in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 150.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bernard Saby achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2011 with an auction result of EUR 8,125.00.

Die Arbeit Sans titre - 1955 von Bernard Saby war einem Käufer im Juni diesen Jahres EUR 787,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Pierre Boulez Collection bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 150,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bernard Saby erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.125,00.
