This artwork by Bernard Pages achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in December 2014. In the Art Contemporain auction, the work Sans Titre sold for EUR 13,750.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Bernard Pages; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot L'Echelette, 1990 sold at auction in October 2007 with the realized price of EUR 15,490.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Bernard Pages erzielte im Dezember 2014 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art Contemporain wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre für EUR 13.750,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Bernard Pages; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit L'Echelette, 1990 im Oktober 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 15.490,00.
